The outer shell is manufactured from a lightweight and tough polyester micro hex rip stop fabric, that has a high wicking rate to help manage moisture.  Ultra-lightweight high loft fine polyester fibres are used in the thin insulation layer, providing excellent compressibility recovery as well as retaining heat when wet. The high wicking and breathable soft polyester inner fabric has a specialist antibacterial and antimicrobial treatment that discourages the growth of bacteria, reducing odours and the need for regular laundering. This makes these sleeping bags best suited for prolonged foreign travel where temperatures may be high and washing facilities limited.

If the weather is too warm then this bag can be opened out to form a blanket, especially useful for increasing air circulation around your body to aid cooling.  When sleeping in mosquito infested areas, the traveller should be zipped up fully and the integrated facial mosquito net utilised to prevent bites. 

Should you need to air the bag, there are a pair of hanging cords on the foot plate both internally and externally. There is also an internal pocket to allow storage of small valuables.
